Another Week!

Sorry I was a little under the weather this week so to all those who have PM'd me I'll be answering your PMs shortly. Well it was another interesting week with projects for MR members. I had 2 nice customs sumps to do for MR members. The first was a nice sump design with all the usual things found in a sump (dual intakes, dual filter socks, skimmer area and a return pump chamber). With this particular sump the customer wanted the largest refugium area possible. Here is the design that I came up with where the refugium area extends the length of the sump and is located in the very front of the sump.

Hello MR,

Here was another custom sump that I had to build this week. This customer wanted to use white material inside his sump to match his skimmer. He has dual bulkhead intakes, dual filter socks, a skimmer compartment, refugium area, block filter sponge and a return pump chamber. He also wanted an ATO box built into the sump on the right side of the sump.

Hello MR,

I guess the HOB Intake/Filter socks are catching on because this week I had to build 2 for MR members. The first was a single filter sock setup and the other was a triple sock setup.
