Green slimer bleached by zoa!

So yesterday I checked on my nicely growing green slimer and noticed one section of it had been knocked on top of some pink zoas I have.

When I moved it the part that was touching the zoas was very white. This morning the white looks like it is spreading downwars to the base now. What do I do? Should I cut off the bleached section?

I am not an sps expert so I hope someone that is can help me out.:help:

it was probably stung yesterday and the area of white is dead. is there like a slimey white film on it? You can either frag it above where it was stung, or if you have good water quality and high flow, you want to at minimum blow the slime off because its probably irritating the coral more and more. Make sure there is enough flow to keep the slime from building up again

Ok its in an area of medium/high flow I blew on it with a turkey baster for good measure. I had no idea a zoa could do that!
