RBTA Question

My RBTA just has tentacles without the bubble. Is it due to it being a variety that doesn't have bubbles or is it something that is caused by its environment?

I have 2 Pendants with 250w DE phoenix 14,000 plus 200w of 15000 LED and 200w of LED 460 blue

it's normal, ive owned a few rbta's and gbta's and have 2 reds now and 5 greens my greens stay bulbed and reds dont
