I bought some pink and green rics from Pablo a while back. Two of them are on the same rock. For a while they didnt grow much and were about the size of a dime or nickel when fully opened. I played around with their placement and eventually left them in a spot on the sand bed. One eventually started growing and is now the size of a quarter to half dollar when fully opened but the other, right next to it on the rock, is still the same small size. Is this a normal occurence? Most rics I've seen in groups are all the same size.

All I can say is that I've had 2 ricordea frags since (probably) last year at this time, and they haven't grown at all. I've tried lower light/flow/higher light/near the sand/away from others.. nothing works. My other corals have grown just fine.
I have blues, purples, greens, neons, rainbows, and orange go from dime size up to 3" diameter, they split, and I've probably traded off 50 or more. The pinks and yellows are still dime size. Moved them up, down and all around, to no avail!
