Shipping Corals

For those that ship corals which service do you use? USPS, UPS, FED EX? I am mainly looking to ship elsewhere in the country. Have a few friends that want some pieces.

David, I've shipped hundreds of corals over the years. I've used all three services. If you're shipping outside your immediate area, just cross USPS off your list. UPS and FEDEX are the only viable options. Use whichever one is less expensive and most convenient for you......of those two.

Thanks Russ ... I figured USPS would be out of the question ... UPS is one block down from me ...

FEDEX is more reliable I ship goods everyday and this year so far UPS has failed me 4 times... FEDEX is cheaper too, but they are slower on ground service.

Awesome ... how much does it usually run you?

I ship mostly fish. 5lbs or so overnight to northern California was 78$ last week. I am out east on LI so thats gotta be close to as far as u can ship inside the states.
