i run my mh 5 hr's reguardless of whether ya have sps or zoa's

We run ours for ten hours, always have. We have mainly LPS and softies with a few SPS.

I have the same lights. I run the halides for 6-7 hours per day. My Acans are awesome!

I turn on my actinics one hour before the halides, then I turn them off an hour after my halides go out.
