feeding my reef tank (need a schedule)

I would like to get some advice on what and how often to feed my reef tank and also supplements here is what I have
gsp
toadstool
orange monti
hairy mushrooms
zoos
chili coral
cabbage coral
candy cane
green slimer
frog spawn
tryee undata
also snails hermits shrimp and getting clownfish, firefish, coco worms and a featherduster and a starfish

Almost nothing on the list really needs to be fed. You can feed the candy cane, and the frog spawn (I think), once a week. You can blend some shrimp, silversides, clams, and squid together to make a nice feed for fish, coral, and inverts.

how about supplements like calcium and stuff whats a good brand thanks John

I like dosing kalk, Mrs. Wages is best for this.
But if you want to do a Two/Three part dosing regimen I think most would recommend B-Ionic. But again me being cheap I just like to by the dry calcium chloride and magnesium chloride from Bulk Reef Supply, and Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts) and Sodium Bicarbonate (alk/baking soda) from the supermarket.
