I have no idea what to feed my corals. I spot feed from time to time my frogspawn, torch, bubble coral, and the zooanthids that will eat brine shrimp. Should I be feeding something else as well? I have a bottle of Chromaplex that I have barely used.
You dont need to spot feed your corals (the ones you mentioned). As long as they have the right lighting, water chemistry, and flow then you are good to go for life. Generally corals do not have a life span so if given the right envirnoment they will most likely out live you without even being fed once. I never feed my corals and I also have the ones you named. Happy Reefkeeping.
Unless your phosphates are very low like 0.02 or less adding more nutrients to the water is asking for a problem... Fish poop for now has done wonders for my corals before my phosphates got down to 0.01...
