where did a hairy mushroom grow from

i was just looking around my tank and i have a small little hairy mushroom growing on piece of live rock ive had for 2 years.i have had hairy mushrooms in my old 120 but thats been broken down for months.i dont think it was hitching on anything cause i havent added new rock in 2 months. :splitspin

Have one that attached itself to the substrate and it's just there.Thought about getting rid of it but it's been there for over a year.

I had a speck on one of my rocks and slowly it became a hairy green mushroom its about 2" now when opened.
