Bleaching zoas. and polys?

I have a small 12 gallon nano with power compacts and all the parameter for the water are fine. the lights are on for about 10 hours, but the polys and mushrooms are starting to turn white. Is there any solutions to my problem and will they turn brown again?? Thank you for your time!!

when was the last time you changed the bulbs?

"parameter for the water are fine" is too broad..
What are they & what test kits are you using?
Are these the only corals in your tank?

I use a hagan master test kit, one of the bulbs was changed about 4 months ago and I have some zoa. , bta, small leather and some xenia. everything else is doing fine!
