monti cap question

i have a blue rim, purple, and red monticap. i have a 46 gallon bowfront with 1-96w 10k light and 1-96w blue actinic light. i was wondering if i leave the monti cap at the top, would it be enough light? and does the monticap need lots of flow? thanks

yes. lots of flow n lots of light. lighting determines their color intensity n flow determines their grow structure n direction.
