how do you know if your frogspawn is happy?

I recently got a head of frogspawn from jhale, and I want to know what indicators aside from perfect water quality I can use to tell if it's happy or not.

I read that it prefers medium flow and medium light, but then I realized that it's all relative. I have T5s and actinics for lighting.

The tentacles (?) are glowing green a bit and are extended and full.

Any thoughts?

How do you know the tenticles are fully extended?
I had mine for a few months, and now that I got a vortech its bigger than ever before(and before I thought it was big)

you'll most likely see it completely retracted if it's stressed/not doing well. "full" extention is something you'll learn to see.

remember, it's lps and likes some meat once in a while.
