my torch has been doing bad for the past couple of days.its tentacles are not fully extended.it has 5 heads 4 are 1/2 way out and 1 is only 1/8 of the way out.its been like this for 3 weeks now.all parameters are fine.cal and alk are perfect.im running a 250x2 MH.anyone have any suggestions

Do you have it directly in the past of water flow? My torch do not like direct flow, I lost a couple of heads on one, and the other one also let me know it did not want to be in the path of the returns flow by not quite opening up all the way. It also started to slime a little. Moved the nozzle away from the one, and moved the other one to a lower spot. Now they are both doing fine.
