eggs on zoos...

i noticed one of my zoo colonies have half thier polyps close today...upon closer inspection i found chunks of eggs on the inside of the colony.....would anyone have an idea what kinda creature would lay thier eggs on the corals.....should i try to remove the eggs or let them be.....half my zoo colony seems stressed and arent open....what to do.!

It might be zoopox.

nudis or zoa spiders, if they are really eggs. see if you can remove them before they hatch, and also look for the culprit that layed them there.

better get them out of the tank and try to qt them if it's zoo pox better to loose some then all of them

i got a pretty good shot of it with my canon digicamera....

omg..wtf? it's definitely not zoapox imo... try a RO dip, or iodine dip, see if anything falls off =\

i only got r/o at the moment....how long can i dip them/?

if i scrape them....the stuff floats away in a dusty form....

Just get a bucket of tank water and use turkey blaster.. blast it off an get an RO water with same temp as your tank and dip it for 3 mins.. HTH thanks

ok...took off whatever i can find.....should i have them in the tank with high flow or leave the guys in the sump to with moderate flow to recover?
