I am having all kinds of trouble keeping Zoanthids. Use to keep them very easily and they remained hardy even when other corals faded away! Now I cant keep them for even a week before they seem to die or disappear! All of the other specimens in my tank do just fine, I just have problems with Zoos (they are supposed to be one of the easiest to keep). I would appreciate any suggestions???

We would needs more info to help you find out what is wrong with your zoas. What kind of tank, lighting, filtration do you have? What are your water parameters ..in numbers please :)
How long has your system been up and most importantly some pics would be great!

Also did you ever see in your tank any snails similar to this one?

Ppl seem to think ZOas are the easiest to keep ,they are if you dont have any problems with your tank. Zoathids can also get a pox/pus type fugus that couls wipe out a tank of zoos .

As crox mentioned you have snails that eat zoos ,there are also Nudi branches that eat zoos and fish that eat zoos crabs too .

Keep an eye out in your tank at night ,see if you can find anything eatting or picking at the zoas

Good luck
