Its actually a couple years old. I just got the new lighting 2 weeks ago. The mushrooms and toadstool, anenome, have been in there for the couple of years. I drip kalk once or twice a week.
I'm in the process of getting better testing equipment for water checks. I usually just checked ph, amonia, nitrates and nitrites which have all been very good. Just been reading a lot on the more advanced corals.
Coraline algae has been difficult to grow, Its been growing very slowly. Its in there but not growing at the rate I would like.
Shad if you plan on keeping SPS you're going to need good testkits (salifert or Lamotte) for ALKalinity, calcium, magnesium, nitrate and phosphate. These levels must be kept in check if you want to have long term success. Kalk is good and will keep up with moderate calcifaction, but you should also have 2 part (B-Ionic) to bump either your alk or cal.
