Dude, you could put a kenya tree in a blender and you'd have a kenya forest. Rip it off or slice it off with a razor blade. If you slice it off though, it will grow back. Try to rip it off at the root.

I'm with Herman and Eric. Take a blade to it, even scissors would work. Make on clean cut and get as close to the base as you can.

If you dont want it to grow back in the spot you are cutting it from then glue over what ever is left and you could even place a piece of rock rubble on top of it to help ensure it wont grow back :D.

Peel it off at the base!

Use something like a plastic collar stay, and work it between the coral and the rock to separate it. Then either grab that corner of the coral or the trunk, and peel it off the rock or continue prying it off with the plastic collar stay.

Take ahold of it as low as you can on the trunk and pull as hard as yoou can until it comes off. then go on the hunt for the little babies it dropped and do the same thing!
