As long as they come in healthy we've had very good success with these. It's easy to tell if they are healthy! We only ship specimens that:

1. Stick like glue to you - Stressed specimens can barely even sting.
2. Has a classic saddle shape and keeps its own form.
3. Quivering tentacles!
4. Oral disc is closed and not gaping open.
5. Actively feeds! - We do not feed these 48 hours prior to shipping, so they don't contaminate their shipping water.
