Basically as long as it's not a Trigger or a Grouper they should be OK. They're still are going to have some trouble with large Angels or Tangs but not to the point where they're not going to make it. You do need to have a good size tank, at least 6' long, and cover for them to hide.

yeah i know i tried one years ago and my angels tortured him. At the time i had a 265 gallon tank so i thought there was enough hiding places. Now i have a broomtail and large angels so it would not work. good luck with him.
