Also, the second pic, the thing is only about 3/8" total across.

First one, I'm not sure what type of snail....check www.wetwebmedia.com

The second looks like a rock anemone, harmless.

the first one looks like a limpet to me...

mine are harmless ...

2nd picture im not sure of .. BUT...... i don't recognize it as a pest either... so thats good
