LPS with soft corals

Is it possible to keep LPS with softies? ive seen it done yet i hear its not wise to do so. Are there any special placements involved if you do so? Any help is appreciated...thanks

I think it is possible with very good current, skimming, water changes and carbon. Lighting can be tricky unless there are plenty of overhangs or partial shady spots for the softies.

A lot of softies enjoy higher light so there shouldn't be much problem. The only thing is you want to run carbon (for leathers and chemical warfare) and be careful about placement.
