Please help me identify

I am starting my tank over so I had to move all my rock around to get my fish out so I could take them back to the LFS to trade them in for my LR. Under one peice of rock, I found the thing in the pictures below. It seems to be a white sack of sorts with spikes on it. It also has tenticls that are attached to the rock. It seams to have moved a bit but could be my imagination. Sorry about the crappy pics, my camera sucks

Tough to tell from the pix but I would guess that it's a hairy mushroom

Just so you know, this was burried under rock so it should have been in a pretty dark spot so I would think whatever it is requires no light to survive.
