What are these (don't want to kill them)

Ok, just got 55lbs live rock with a bunch of freebies (sponges, scallop, arrow carb), mushroom coral, anemonaes) and I now have two things that I am not sure what they are and have no clue how to take care off - So I would appreciate ideas

The second mystery critter is a terebellid polychaete with its feeding tentacles extended.

that first one is some sort of gorgonian- i assume that branch looking brownish thing with the polyps on it is what you are speaking of.
