blue inflated growth on rock?????

howdy,
bought some live rock ruffly a month ago since then a tiny blue dot has grown to about 1inch long by 1/2 inch wide. it "inflates" during the day and deflates when the lights are off or when any other stimuli bother it.
i was wondering if any one could identify it for me.

I've seen a sponge that resembles your pic, though a bit darker.

I think I see multiple mouths and rows of tentacles.

it has 2 clear holes at the top which could be mouths? one small one that is forming from the look of it. i cant get the pic any sharper. sorry crap camera. i havent come across anything like it on any websites ive visited . please keep ure ideas coming!
