It looks like a really big Aiptasia to me.

Man, and that's the small one! They are cute but short of getting a butterfly fish or something of that nature, I can't find an easy way to get rid of them in any of my books or online. Oh well.

Thank you all.[/i]

Sometime pepermint shrimp work. You can also inject them with a kalk paste. I have heard of injecting with boiling water also works. I have only tried and had secess with the peps.

Yeah, I read those too. Every place I read says to be wary of peppermint shrimp tho, just because they will go after other stuff. I found an article this guy wrote saying that the best way to chemically eradicate them is to use NaOH. For anyone who's looking to get rid of them:

I have had peps in my tank for over a year and they do not bother anything. I think what happens is that people mistakenly buy camel shrimp which look alot like peps.

yes, they do look awfully similar. Don't know if it's true or not because I've never bought one myself. Either they are wrong or you have well behaved shrimp! hehe

One site said that if the shrimp aren't wild they do alright.

In any case, thank you!!
