I know this is listed in the hitchhiker's FAQ, but I just wanted to show another example of a little guy. He came in on some new shrooms that were passed on to me, and I just happend to see him on existing LR in my tank shortly after I placed in the addition. (About 2 minutes later).

Asterina stars...they reproduce asexually.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the info... should I be worried? I did a little more research at google, and there is mixed information on Asterina stars. Some say they are not reef safe? ¿ ? If you have any confirmed info, let me know.

Perfectly harmless. I have several hundred in many different tanks with soft, SPS, and LPS corals.
