First time i have seen this worm in 3 months it was crawling across the sand. I was wondering if it is a bristle worm?

yep
I am not sure you have to worry though They are good scavengers and will usually leave your corals alone,IMO, TO bad I cant say the same about my snails that he munches on. If you don like him get a dottyback or a coral banded shrimp. I have had excellent luck with coral bandeds and the activley stalk bristle worms and chomp on emm.

Only "fire worms" will eat corals out of that family (generally speaking). Definitely nothing to worry about as they'll cruise around and eat debris.
