Reefer
I bought some button polyps a few weeks ago at a lfs. The day after I noticed a nudibranch on my glass (maybe 4mm long). Well, a few days later I noticed another. Then about 2 days ago I noticed a whole colony of tiny ones (1mm or less) all over the button polyps. They dont appear to be eating them, but they do annoy them enough that half the polyps are closed at any given time. What do I do about these (roughly 15 - 20) nudibranches. Will they die out when the food (whatever that seems to be) gives up, or am I going to need to get out the trusty suction tube water changer device and see what I can do.

Nudi are selective feeders, if they only congregate on the polyps, chances are they are feeding upon it.

Can you snap a clear shot of them for us to identify for you?

Of course, a predatory wrasse may do a quick work on many nudi's.
