White little specs crawling on front glass

I have 6 gal Eclipse that I have had setup for about 3 weeks now and it is still not yet cycled. Today I came home to hundreds of little white specs that are crawling on the front glass. I would post a picture but they are to small to show up in a picture.

More than likely they're either amphipods or copepods.
