I just dug the snail out and it was only a shell, it doesn't look like it's in the shell. Will they leave the shell and burrow further in and then return to there shell? I'll get a pic of the shell up in a few minutes.
nope that looks like a conch shell my hermits love these shells, so it's not that, what are your water parameters? and a little more info on the set up ie size, rock, sand depth, how long haas it been set up?
