Pretty red crab

This guy is in a quarantine tank and came out to the glass so I could take his picture. Anyone know what kind he is and how aggressive he might be? I have another just like him in my 65 gallon along with a Coral Banded Shrimp, False Perculia Clown and Green Chromis. (as far as I know) and my Shrimp just lost half a pincher on one side. Could this little crab be the bad guy? I've also lost a Green Chromis before and never found him.

he might be the culpret but by the flat claws i believe he's a plant eater, usually the meat eating agressive crabs have more of a claw that is sharp like the hermit's, his is more like a mithrax crab.

I was thinking the same as Will C,it looks like an Emerald crab,I heard they come in red but Ive only seen green.
