strange shrimp

I was looking into my refugium today and found this big shrimp digging in the sand..
Unfortunately no camera so can't give a pic
its about 1" long, with most of that being tail, white body with a pink/orange stripe down the back. 6 legs + 2 claws, the right hand one being large the left hand small.
any ideas?

Pistol shrimp may be? But I've never seen a white one.

the body looks pretty long and thin for a pistol shrimp, almost more reminiscent of the body shape of a mantis shrimp but with different claws. the tail is wider than the body.

Its likely a burrowing shrimp that came from live rock. I unfortunately don't have a name for them, but I had a couple in a 20g tank I had set up a few years back. They were really cool to watch in the sandbed.

Thanks wade, you got it right on the nose.. did a quick search of burrowing shrimp and sure enough I found a pic
the one I have is an Axianassa sp
