I'm sorry, no pics, coz I've only seen it in the dark with a red LED light.

I've seen two of them in one of my live rock. One end seems to be in a hole, and its like a long worm, about 1 3/4" -2 " long. The end that comes out seems to be searching for food or something. Moves fairly fast. Never seen it completely come out, one end is always planted within the rock. Its just a bit thiner than the diamter of a 1/8" microphone jack if that helps.

Its hard to tell the color in red light, but the smaller one appears light colored, and the larger one is almost like a red earth worm to me.

Any help would be appreciated

Doesnt look like the peanut worm pic on the hhfaq.

It was much longer than 1/4" too. Around 2" and maybe a bit more.

I did not notice any antennae. I didnt really notice any body features like segments etc.

Today his head is just burried in a piece of rock above his hole, and he looks stiff as a stick just a straight line not moving into the other whole.

During the day I cant see any part of him at all. Dont even know which hole he came out of.

if it has little bunches of bristles evenly spaced along both sides of its body and is on the flatish side it is a bristle worm "good to have"
