Hi guys, I discovered this wierd creature in my tank this morning, could you identify it? is it reef save?

it's about 3 mm long ( 1/10 inch) Thank you.

I can see the pic from my computer!!!.... oh well, I will try to describe it... it's like a very small (3mm) red hair ball , with thin but long tentacles everywhere, I can guess it's a worm but I want to know what exactly it is and if it is reef safe or not .

I think you have to be either the group member or the owner of the photo to view. I cannot click on the photo folder.

But from your description, I would assume it's the spaghetti worm. If it is, it's a good detrivore. The thin tentacles are to snatch edible detritus from your subtrate.

Fixed the link in your post. Either way, it is a group one must join to see the pic in question. As for spaghetti worms, there is a pic of one in the HHFAQ, which is the first place you should check for ID questions. 8)
