New Reefer
I noticed a few spots of what I thought was coraline algea on the front glass a couple of weeks ago and was getting ready to scrape it off when I noticed all the spots were the same shape! These are about 1 to 2 millimeters across and are congregating on the front glass where the light is most concentrated. They don't move noticeably unless touched by somthing, then they squirm like a flat worm. These appeared a few weeks after I lost the only fish in the tank ( a purple dottyback). Anybody got any idea what they are?

some sort of flat worm. i have never seen one that shape or color though. i have a few in my tank but they have a hammer like head and two tail like things on their rear similar to yours but their a greenish color. if they start to multiply i would scrape them off and get rid of them.

My sixline wrasse did a small infestation of them in. Don't know if this is the usual for them though.
