What the @#$% are these!

These things are all over my sump, they look like little transparent tube sponges! There are tons in my sump, where it is completely dark. Just found them today because i was using a flashlight.

is it a Leucilla sp. sponge ?

That's exactly what they are. Sponges. If memory serves, they are listed in the HHFAQ.
