i have a couple of spots on my Lr that came in last week and i noticed that they are about the size of a quarter and white and they resemble snot. also they look kinda of sticky or jello like? have any ideas? sorry i don't have a pic of them

Decaying material on LR usually resembles toothpaste and as the decay progresses it turns black and finally disappears.

If you are curing your rock then it's probably nothing to be concerned about. You could leave it or remove it. If you leave it, it will be fuel for the nitrifying bacteria. If you remove it, it will be less organic compounds to remove after the cycle is complete.
