I recently got my second piece of live rock for my 10 gallon tank, the first day I notices a couple of greenish tinted (semi-see through) bubbles on the rock about the size of two pin heads. a few days later they are still there so they cant be bubbles and must be eggs... I turned over my other piece of live rock bought 3 weeks ago at a different store and it has one too. What should I expect out of these?

Valonia. Bubble algae. Watch them grow, Maybe if they get too big, pop them and siphon out the remnants at the same time.

I would recommend against popping them - some feel that it may spread the valonia. If possible, remove the rock from the tank and carefully remove the valonia. Sometimes it will come off nicely if you play with it gently.

It's called bubble algae and everytime I have taken mine out by popping it, it spreads. Now I use tweezers and take it off the rocks and I haven't gotten it back since.
