Is it a Mantis...or what?

I did find a black mantis in this batch of florida rock and was lucky enough to pull it out on a sponge it was sitting on right away. Now, I see this clearish critter. It emerged only partially from a hole, but appeared to be thick, not flat like the mantis I had. It has what appear to be antennae that end in eyes that move independently, looking around. Again it is clearish and I do not know what the rest of it looks like. Any ideas?

Sure could be, mantis's come in many shapes/colors. You could isolate it to another tank and see what it grows into.
