FS Vortec MP10,40&60 Battery Backup to any battery!

Hello MR I have made a few cables so you can hookup your MP10,40 and 60 to ANY 12Volt battery. I have it on my system as a precaution to this storm as should you. I will sell these items for $30 a piece or maybe a trade for some corals. Best to contact me via Cell 917.696.7436 due to the volume in which I will be making them. Shouldn't this be in Vendors threads? Kind of capitalizing on a possible bad situation no? $10 and a trip to Radio Shack gets you all you need. That and a nice deep cycle 12V battery.

First off this should not be in the vendor area because I am not a vendor. I'm a fellow reefer trying to help fellow reefers with a possible natural disaster and offer to those who cannot diy in time. So you can go make yourself one and keep negative comments about my proactive thinking to help people to yourself.

The ecotech battery backup utilizes a 18ah battery if im not mistaken. On their site they give the runtime. I'm sorry but i dont have the info off the top of my head.

I will be using a sealed battery which is recommended for indoor use. Please contact me if you need help getting the proper materials

If your selling mass produced items your a vendor. Helping fellow reefers would be posting wiring diagrams, materials lists or where they could get them. Building them out of spare material laying around and offering them for free or at cost is helping out. No reason you can't use a sealed battery indoors either. You state in your first post they will work w any 12V battery. Post a picture of what's included. Really doubt there is $30 in materials

Post with confidence not with ignorance. Any battery can be used indoors however during charging a "wet" cell lead acid there is hydrogen gas as a byproduxt therefore not recommended for indoor use. It takes time therefore I am charging a nominal fee for my time. Your telling me noone here makes custom sumps or other equipment? Plus I have to charge the id*ot fee of dealibg with people like you. Everyone can thank that guy ^ for me asking the mods to close this thread to eliminate any further false responses in regards to me HELPING people.
