nice. Come to the fragswap next month and fill that sucker up!

I finished building the stand for my 20, and the VERY next day saw a 36bf at the store and I cried. I really like the dimesions of the 36!

Damn wasnt really expecting much responses, everywhere ppl are real apathetic to say anything. Thank you all

The 14K is a helluva bulb, im not even turning on my ACT 03 at all, dont need it!, and the shimmer lines look cleaner, this was switched out from a 10K SE XM, nothing skipped a beat, and that bulb was INTENSE.

Bad cofee,
I know of someone who has a 36G BF they are going to switch out from. Her name is jenniebutterfly @nano-reef.com and she lives in brooklyn. Ask her about it, she need a stand for her 29, maybe you could trade. just a heads up.

I will post pic of my ghetto 40G breeder BB sumpfugium soon, my EAP is in there, takes out a lot of sh1t

Holyherbiness
The tank is actually really spacy, the wall only stick out a few inches out and i aquascaped it to have 2 islands, not a full right to left rock stack. It has a lot of caves, and the middle of a bowrfront sticks out gradually to 15-16 inches, where most of the space is so they can swim. Most of my 80 lbs rock are in my fuge.

This week i am going to see a local and get about 10 frags, mostly monti digi's but all colors, maybe some millies. Also i am actively on the lookout for a nice teardrop. So hopefully next week will be a good week to help fill it up.
Ive never been to a MR.com frag swap but i'm def interested. when is the next?

I've resigned to keeping my 20. I've put alot of work into it (check out the stand/canopy pic in the nano tank thread)

It turned out much, much better than any piece of furntiture I've built before. I like it too much to sell it. And my roommates won't even let me set up a quaranteen tank, so another whole tank is out of the question!

Jenny, how complex of a stand are you looking for? If you can wait until the weather gets warmer (and dryer) I can build you one in my backyard.

hey BC, why are you offering free stand now.. While you at it, put me down for a new stand too.. lol.. :D :D

Currently setting up a 75 gal tank myself... I just build one for myself. But I have bad woodworking skill, though. ;)

Hey DRZL, what's crackin?

That's a very cool setup you made there, I gotta give up the props for putting some uncommon techniques combined with some good imagination into that tank. You're definitely pushing the envelope between the great-stuff foam and the epoxy-sand BB. I've seen both, but not together in one tank. Good job.

One question, when the foam finally cures, what color is it? Did you have to paint it? I thought I saw a comment about marine paint in this or the NR thread.

BTW, your avatar CONSTANTLY cracks me up.

Thanks for the kudos. Its hard for me to not have done it, i feel like i have to be my own TOTM in my own mind...lol.

The foam turns yellowish (downside) but coralline algae is growing on it covering it up and my zoos are expanding.
