I need some blue led moonlights for my 75 gal tank.

pfo makes lunarlights that are amazing ! you should really check them out ,they cost 50 bucks each but well worth it IMO .

Depends on how bright your need them
I have 1W Submersible Moonlight(same power as the pfo) at $28, It's linkable so you can add more if needed. A four module version with aluminum fixture is $100.
