my first reef

I am very new to the hobby. I am very excited about growing a colorful reef for my family to enjoy for years to come. I really love my pulsing xenia. My wife is partial to her two little "nemos".
60 galllon
aquaclear wet/dry trickle with built-in protein skimmer
65lbs LR
60 live sand
2 Penguin powerheads (adding a 3rd Maxi-jet when it arrives)

I am running 65W x 4 PC's
2 420 nm actinic bulbs and two 65k daylight bulbs

Is that a bubble wand in the back? I dont imagine that is going to last long if you have any kind of algae growth.

No it is a Penguin powerhead with the airline attachment. I have it set on a valve were I can can controle the amount of flow to it. Should I not have it connected?
