home depot has a unit that does about 35 gal. a day for 160 with a small tank is this good or will i need something deferent. i am haveing this huge problem with algae so bad that i vacum it out and do water change and grow in front of my eyes its like braking off and floating around my tank it...
If I remove some of my crushed coral, say down to one inch can I put about 2 inch of live reef sand on top, and will I have any problems with ph. I have a 55 gal tank with two clowns 4 damsel and a blenny I plan on adding live rock and coral soon.
