I was using hand sanitizer before working in the tank but stopped, could that have caused it? If so how do I fix it? Would a uv help?

No micro bubbles and Tank has been up since Christmas so it?s still fairly new.

I have a 24g nanocube and the past 2 weeks the water has a milky white haze to it. Only have a small pair of clowns and a handful of corals which seem fine even though the water is white. I?ve been running carbon and doing water changes but it keeps coming back. Not sure if it?s a bacterial...
