Okay, this has given everyone long enough to respond. I am about to start emailing you guys. I do not think we have all the files we need, but I will send what I have to those of you who have responded. Outside of that, I gues those of you without books will be at a bit of a disadvantage. I apologize for this, but that's life with academic specialty books that are not widely read or available. If you want, try other sources - booksearch, bookfinder, contentville, half.com, other used sources. And, spend the extra time reading the lectures, visiting any links, etc.
