does it come with everything pump? and how much water level do you need to run it at?

pump is included as for spec please refer to aquacave thats where it was originally bought from. i keep my level at 9" but the flow is controllable. and its a in-sump skimmer.

another bump for one of the best skimmer's i've owned. best for a heavy 120 to stocked 150, owned this skimmer twice, for my 80g heavy stocked and was just too much skimmer.
