I went to replace the bulbs on my light and found that I could not get the nuts off the screws. I therefore cut open an 8"x1" hole on the top of the unit where the vents are to try and get the screws off through the top of the unit. Here is a picture of the hole:
Somebody handier thank I can fix this unit or at the very least scrap it for the reflectors, ballasts and connections on a diy project. The three magnetic ballasts come separate from the fixture. The bulbs are 10k EVC DE, about 9 months old. The unit is between 2-3 years old.
