Ampmaster Pump (Pretty Sure its a 2700) The seal leaks, so it need to be replaced. The seals sell online for around $30.

What are the dimensions of the Tunze skimmer and does it come with a pump?

The Tunze comes with a pump. The pump is located inside the unit.
The Tunze dimensions are L4.9 x W4.4 x H16.8 in.

It states its good up to 264 gallons, but I would really limit it to half that.

If you install it in sump configuration, you add the output pipe that adds to the width of the unit by about 3", this allows the skimmer to sit in lower levels of water.
