2x250w MH bulbs ~ 9mo usage
2 VHO Actinics ~ 6mo usage
Mag Ballast
x2 Cooling Fans

I live in the Bronx (Riverdale) - it's about 10min north of the George Washington Bridge and very easy to get to for pick up.
